Nope! We buy seven days a week during all open hours. Just walk in. There may be others ahead of you, but we move as fast as we can. Heads up: sellers who plan to use their store credit to shop with us get priority at the buy counter. If you'd rather drop your items off and pick them up later, that works for us too.

Usually about 30 minutes for a small tote of items. Each piece we accept gets entered into our system one at a time, but we really want to buy as much as we can, so it takes a little time. You're welcome to shop our floor while you wait, and most people leave with both cash AND something cute they found in the meantime.

There's no limit, but for your first visit we recommend 20-30 items. That gives you a feel for what we accept without overwhelming the process. After that, bring as much as you want!

Bring your items in a bag, box, or basket. We prefer items off of hangers since our review process is manual folding (not a hanging review). Please make sure everything is freshly laundered and free from smoke odors or pet hair. We want to give you the best offer possible, so bring your items in their best condition.

One last thing: we're all in this together, so please keep the size and weight of each container manageable. Your back (and ours) will thank you.

That's totally normal and we promise to buy as many items as we can! We can only make offers on pieces that match what our customers are looking for and what's seasonally on-trend. Anything we don't take goes home with you, or if you prefer, we're happy to donate it to one of our community organizations like Purple Heart.

We look for items in excellent condition and freshly laundered. Please skip items with stains, holes, broken zippers, missing buttons, pet hair, or strong odors.

While we do buy some fabulous out-of-season pieces (think: sweaters in May or sundresses in November), we prefer to wait until closer to the season so we can make our best offer possible.

We don't buy underwear, scrubs, maternity, or formalwear. We do buy PJs and swimsuits if they're new with tags. We also buy cosmetics, fragrances, and lotions if they're not expired (cosmetics must be sealed).

We're exclusively a women's store, so no juniors, kids, men's, or pet attire.

Yes please! We ask every seller for a valid ID. We also ask each seller to certify that they own and are authorized to sell every item they bring in. If any questions come up later, we need to be able to reach out for follow-up.

Yes, we take pride in our authentication process! Our buyers are trained to authenticate designer pieces, and for higher-value designer and luxury items we use third-party authentication. The authentication fee is on us (not passed on to you), but it does take a little extra time for our authenticators to do a thorough review.
